摘要
目的探讨慢性乙肝病人的心理状况。方法采用ReviewManager4.2分析软件,对8篇文献中的症状自评量表(SCL-90)数据及4篇文献中的艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)数据进行了Meta分析。结果SCL-90中的躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等6项因子得分显著高于全国常模;EPQ中的神经质、精神质得分显著高于正常对照组。结论慢性乙肝患者的心理卫生状况不容乐观。患者的心理状况在一定程度上影响着疾病的进程及预后。因此,加强对慢性乙肝患者的心理干预意义重大。
Objective To discuss the psychological states of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Using Review Manager 4.2 software to conduct a meta-analysis based on data of 8 pieces of papers for SCL--90, and data of 4 pieces of papers for EPQ. Results Scores of Somatization, Obsessive--Compulsive, Anxiety, Depression, Hostility and Psychoticism were all higher than the norm. And scores of subscales N and P were all higher than the control group. Conclusion The psychological conditions of patients with chronic hepatitis B are not as good as normal people. Progress and prognosis of the illness are influenced by the psychological conditions. Psychological education and treatment for the patients with chronic hepatitis B is very important.
