精神科与综合内科护士工作压力及心身健康水平对照研究

The Control Study on Work Pressure and Level of Psychosomatic Health between Psychiatric Department and General Medicine Nurses

目的对不同科室护理工作者压力水平进行研究。方法将87例精神科护士作为研究组,92例综合内科护士作为对照组,通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)、护士工作压力量表进行评定,对结果进行分析比较。结果1研究组评定结果在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执及其他因子分上明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性;2两组之间在压力上存在显著差异。结论精神科护士比综合内科护士工作压力大,心身健康差。

Objective To explore the level of nursing work pressure in different departments. Methods To select 87 nurses of psychiatric department as the study group, and 92 nurses of general medicine as the control group. We used SCL--90 and Nurse Work Pressure Scale for evaluating the results. Results （1）The scores of somatic disorder, obsessive disorder, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia and other factors of SCL-90 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0. 05）. （2）There was significant difference in their work pressure. Conclusion The nurses＇ work pressure of the psychiatric department is greater than that of the general medicine, and the nurses of the psychiatric department had poorer psychosomatic health.
