婴儿心房分离的心电图表现与临床意义分析

Analysis on electrocardiograpnic findings and clinical signficance of infant atrial dissociation

目的明确小儿心房分离心电图诊断的临床意义。方法对1例6月龄小儿的术前心电图进行分析。结果小儿的心电图诊断为心房分离。结论非器质性心脏病的小儿也可见心房分离现象。

Objective To clarify the clinical significance of infant atrial dissociation mechanism. Methods The ECG of a 6 months infant is analysed. Results The infant is diagnosed with atrial dissociation. Conclusion The diagnose result of the infant, together with a review of some of the previously reported cases, indicate that the patients with none - organic heart disease are also possible to suffer atrial dissociation.
