摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT曲面重建技术(Curverd reconstruction,CR)在小儿气管支气管异物诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经纤维支气管镜证实的35例小儿气管支气管异物病例,男19例,女16例,对其螺旋CT、CR影像表现进行分析。结果 35例小儿气管支气管异物的螺旋CT横轴位及CR影像均可明确显示异物的位置和大小,诊断准确率达100%。结论螺旋CT曲面重建技术是诊断小儿气管支气管异物一种有效的方法,尤其对显示气管支气管交界处异物价值较大。
Objective To evaluate spiral CT and Curve reconstruction (CR) imaging in the diagnosis of trachea foreign bodies in the children. Methods A retrospective analysis was given to spiral CT and CR imaging of 35 cases of trachea foreign bodies in the children confirmed with fiber optic bronchoscopy, male, 19 cases and female, 16 cases. Results The Location and shape can be displayed by spiral CT and CR imanging of 35 cases trachea foreign bldies in children, the diagnostic accuracy was 100%. Conclusion The spiral CT and CR technique is a available method to diagnose the trachea foreign bodies in the children,especially to diagnose the foreign bodies between trachea and bronchi.
