摘要
采用硬件编程语言(VerilogHDL)产生调速所需的PWM波形;利用数字PID算法,通过检测无刷直流电动机的三相霍尔信号,实现三相6状态运行和速度检测。系统由一片FPGA芯片实现;充分利用FPGA强大的逻辑运算能力,降低了系统的成本。实验结果表明,利用FPGA实现无刷电动机闭环控制可以很方便地用到其他电动机的控制中。
Based on FPGA-field Programmable gate array, designed and implemented speed control of Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM). Designed PWM-pulse width modulation with hardware programming language-Verilog HDL. In order to design digital PID, Xilinx IP core was used. By detecting the three-phase signals of BLDCM Halls, to achieve the three-phase six-state run. The entire system only has a single FPGA chip, fully utilizes the powerful logic FPGA computing power, reducing overall system cost.
