摘要
本文通过对Sn4+在云母钛合成中导晶行为的研究得出:Sn4+取代TiO2晶格中的Ti4+以内质同象的形式存在以及Sn4+的半径大于Ti4+的半径是Sn4+能加速云母表面TiO2向金红石型转化的原因,另外还得出合成金红石型云母钛时作为导晶离子应具备的条件。
The induced ion (for example,Sn^4+ ) was usually added in TiO_2 mica preparation.However,the kinetics of induced behavior was not clear.In this paper, we hare studied Sn^4+ induced behavior in anatase rutile transformation of TiO_2 mtica,It was obtained that Sn^4+ induced behavior was due to Sn^4+ in place of Ti^4+ of TiO_2 crystal .If the radius of induced ion was bigger than that that of Ti^4+ , the induced ion induced crystal type of TiO_2 transformation to rutile. otherwise,the induced ion induced crystal type of TiO_2 transformation of anatase.This conclusion was proved by induced behavior of Sn^4+ ,Al^3+ ,Fe^3+ ,Zn^2+ .
