This article introduces the configuration features of the first indigenous SG-690/ 13.7-M451 circulating fluidized bed boiler, and analyzes the important contents and existing problems in the startup commissioning process of circulating fluidized bed. Based on a lot of project commissioning practice, puts forward the following commissioning optimization scheme of. airflow quantity calibration, material resistance tests, steam blow-cleaning, implement of loop seal system, feeding-coal system and up-bed igniting burner etc.
