摘要 ASME于2006年8月降低了Case 2180-4(即SA213-T122,T122)钢的许用应力,这对已经使用T122钢管材的锅炉的安全运行产生了极大的影响。在2007年,通过对粤电珠海电厂2台2000年投产的锅炉T122钢锅炉管的金属检查,发现部分T122钢管材硬度明显下降,焊接接头的寿命明显低于母材;由T122钢管的许用应力计算的管壁厚度已不能满足ASME规范的要求,存在着较大的安全隐患。 The allowable stress of T122 steel had been lowered by ASME in August , 2006 , resulting in extreme influence upon safe operation of boilers already adopted the said steel. In 2007, through metal inspection of T122 steel tubes in two boilers, which had been put into operation in 2000 at Zhuhai Power Plant, it has been discovered that the hardness of some tube materials has substantially lowered, the service life of weld joints bing remarkably below that of base material,the thickness of tube- wall calculated according to allowable stress of T122 steel already can't satisfy the requirement in ASME code, boasting hidden trouble for safety.
