摘要
分析了秦山第三核电厂728 MW核电机组TG4F-52型汽轮机高压导汽管原设计的疏水和运行方式,认为机组电功率大幅波动是由于高压导汽管设计存在问题,有疏水进入汽轮机所致。提出了高压导汽管疏水方式的改造方案,即取消4号调节阀后高压导汽管疏水管上的节流孔板,将4号调节阀与其它调节阀后高压导汽管疏水管隔开,疏水单独排至凝汽器。运行结果表明,改造后的疏水方式较彻底地解决了机组电功率大幅波动问题。
The originally designed drain mode and operation mode of high - pressure steam conducting pipe to TC4F - 52 type steam turbines in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant No. 3 have been analysed. It is believe that the large amplitude of fluctuation in electric power generated from the unit is resulted from the problems existing in the design of high - pressure steam conducting pipe, having drain entering into the steam turbine. Regarding to this, modification scheme of the drain mode in high - pressure steam conducting pipe has been put forward. Results of operation show that the drain mode after modification has more thoroughly solved the problems of large amplitude fluctuation in electric power generation from the said unit.
