多层径向基网络模型在汽轮机末级排汽比焓计算中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 现有的汽轮机末级排汽比焓计算模型存在一定的局限性,对此提出了一种改进的径向基(RBF)网络模型来计算汽轮机的排汽比焓值。计算结果表明,该模型收敛速度快,运算简便,预测精度较高,具有良好的实时性和有效性。采用此模型对某电厂的一台300MW机组汽轮机末级排汽比焓进行计算,其预测值分别为2 366.8 kJ/kg和2 377.2kJ/kg,而试验值分别为2 370.5 kJ/kg和2 375.1 kJ/kg,绝对误差分别为3.7 kJ/kg和2.1 kJ/kg,完全满足应用要求。 Owing to certain limitation of existing model for calculating the specific enthalpy of exhaust steam from final stage of steam turbine, a modified radial basis network model has been established, which can be used for calculating the specific enthalpy value of exhaust steam from steam turbines. Result of calculation shows that the modified model has rapid converging speed, being easy and convenient in operation, having higher precision of prediction, boasting good behavior of real -time and effectiveness. The specific enthalpy of exhaust steam from final stage of steam turbine for a 300 MW unit in one power plant has been calculated by using the said model, the predicted values are 2 366.8 kJ/kg and 2 377.2 kJ/kg respectively,the tested value being 2 370.3 kJ/kg and 2 375.1 kJ/kg respectively, the absolute error being 3.7 kJ/kg and 2.1 kJ/kg respectively,satisfying the requirement in engineering.
