摘要
介绍了汕尾发电厂辅机故障减负荷(RB)试验的过程,并对试验结果进行了分析。针对试验中出现的给水泵RB模拟试验中磨煤机跳闸后导致一次风机喘振、主蒸汽压力设定值滑压速率过快致使主汽阀打开过快、3号高压加热器水位急剧上升导致其解列等缺陷,进行了一次风机控制逻辑和主蒸汽压力设定值滑压速率的修改,以及采取预先将危急疏水阀开至一定的开度等措施,取得了良好效果。
A runback test of unit is conducted in Shanwei power plant, and the test result is analyzed. Focusing on the faults in the test, such as fan vibration due to coal grinder trip, rapid open of main steam valve due to high pressure slipping rate of the set value of main steam pressure,and fast rise of water level in No. 3 high - pressure heater,modifications of the fan control logic and the pressure slip- ping rate of the set value of main steam pressure are performed, and the urgent drain valve is pre - opened to a certain extent. Satisfactory control result is achieved via these measures.
