汽轮机螺栓硬度超标问题的研究与分析

摘要 电厂反馈的信息表明,汽轮机安装时使用的紧固螺栓硬度经常超标。为此,对螺栓的生产工艺及质量检测等进行了分析。针对机械加工过程中造成的螺栓硬度偏低现象和热处理工艺不当引起的螺栓硬度超标现象,以及由于检测方法不一致引起的螺栓硬度超标问题提出了相应的解决办法。 The information fed back from power plants shows that the hardness of fastening bolts is of- ten beyond standard set for steam turbines. Regarding to this, the fabricating process and quality inspection for bolts have been analysed. Directing against the lower bolt hardness resulted from mechanical fabrication process,and the phenomenon of bolt hardness beyond set standard caused by unproper heat treatment technology, as well as problem of bolt hardness beyond set standard due to different detection methods, corresponding solving methods have been put forward.
