摘要
介绍了我国铁路、公路设计洪水频率标准的发展;俄罗斯(前苏联)铁路公路设计洪水频率标准的发展;英国和加拿大道路设计洪水频率标准;美国近年来公路桥渡设计洪水频率标准的使用情况,并作了简要分析。扼要说明了我国铁路桥渡现行标准的使用情况。提出了确定频率标准的原则、分析方法和初步设想。给出了京沪高速铁路设计洪水频率标准的初步建议。
The paper surveys and briefly analyses:(1)the development of the standard of design flood frequency for railway and highway in China and in the former Soviet Russia;(2)the standard of design flood frequency for highway in Britain and Canada;and (3) the application situation of the standard of design flood frequency for highway bridges in recent years in CISA.The paper discusses the application situation of the current standard of design flood frequency for railway bridges in China and puts forth the principles for deciding this standard as well as the related method of analysis and tentative ideas. The paper also gives out a tentative proposal on the standard of design flood frequency for the future Beijing Shanghai High Speed Railway.
