摘要 综述了镁合金材料的特点及应用,分析了镁合金焊接过程中存在的主要问题,详细论述了近年来国内外镁合金材料钨极和熔化极惰性气体保护焊、搅拌摩擦焊、电子束焊、电阻点焊、激光焊、复合焊接等方法的特点及研究现状。对镁合金焊接接头的静载力学性能、冲击性能、疲劳性能及其断裂行为进行了讨论,并对今后镁合金材料的焊接及工程应用进行了展望。 The characteristics and applications of magnesium alloys were reviewed in this paper. The main problems in magnesium alloys welding were analyzed. The characteristics and research status at home and abroad of gas tungsten arc welding, metal inertia gas welding, friction stir welding, electron beam welding, resistance spot welding, laser welding and hybrid welding were fully described. The research status of the fracture damage behavior of magnesium alloys and their welded joint in dynamic and static loads were discussed and the future directions of research and application of magnesium alloys and welding structure were pointed out.
