摘要
采用区别于传统工业上应用的高温固相法制备YVO4∶Eu,采用液相的共沉淀法和水热法分别合成出纳米级和微米级YVO4∶Eu稀土金属发光粉,并且对两种方法合成的YVO4∶Eu的X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和荧光光谱(PL)进行了对比研究。实验结果表明,制备的纳米级和微米级钒基稀土金属分别具有多孔状和球状的结构,并且球状微米级YVO4∶Eu有较高的发光强度。
The present research describes a simple high-temperature synthesis route of fabricating porous YVO4: Eu nano-plates via a chemical co-precipitation method and ball-like microspheres via hydrothermal method. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and PL. The photoluminescence measurement reveals that the luminescence intensity of ball-like microspheres is significantly higher than that of the porous nano-plate's.
