摘要
综述了钼合金的强韧化机理,详细介绍了几种典型钼合金(TZM钼合金、稀土钼合金、Si-Al-K掺杂钼合金)的强韧化机理与研究现状。钼合金的低温脆性、再结晶脆性、高温抗氧化能力差等缺点限制了其作为结构材料更加广泛的应用,开展其强韧化机理研究是开发高性能钼合金的关键。
The strengthening and toughening mechanism of molybdenum alloys was summarized, several typical molybdenum alloy's strengthening and toughening mechanism and research status were described in details, such as TZM molybdenum alloys, rare-earth molybdenum alloys, Si-Al-K doped molybdenum alloys. The low-temperature brittleness, brittle recrystallization, poor antioxidant capacity shortcomings at high temperature, such disadvantages of molybdenum alloys limit the more widely use of molybdenum alloy as structural material. Its strengthening and toughening mechanism research is the key to develop high performance molybdenum alloy.
