摘要
研究了形变时效对不同Cr含量的FeMnSiCrNiC合金的最大回复应力和室温回复应力的影响。结果表明,与固溶处理相比,经过室温10%变形、1123 K×300 min时效后,Cr含量(质量分数)为13%和8%的FeMnSiCrNiC合金的最大回复应力和室温回复应力均显著提高。其中w(Cr)=13%的合金室温回复应力达到271MPa,是传统合金热机械训练后回复应力的2倍多。
The influences of aging after deformation on maximal recovery stress and recovery stress at room temperature of FeMnSiCrNiC alloys with different Cr content were studied. The results show that aging at 1123 K for 300 min via 10% pre-strain at room temperature, the maximal recovery stress and recovery stress at room temperature of FeMnSiCrNiC alloys with 13wt%Cr and 8wt%Cr were much higher than those after solution treatment. The recovery stress at room temperature of FeMnSiCrNiC alloy with 13wt%Cr content is about 271 MPa, which is more twice than that of the conventional "trained" counterpart.
