摘要
采用气体氧氮共渗的方法,对12Cr1MoV钢进行600℃×2 h的氧氮共渗处理;研究了处理后样品表面渗层的形貌、结构、显微硬度分布及抗5%中性盐雾腐蚀特性。结果表明:经600℃×2 h氧氮共渗,渗层总厚度达0.06 mm,在渗层表面具有15μm左右的均匀致密的白亮层,渗层的主要组成为Fe3N和Fe2O3,在最表面还含有少量的Cr2O4和V2O3,渗层中硬度最高达560 HV0.05,与原材料相比抗蚀性大幅度提高。
The 12CrlMoV steel was oxy-nitrided using gas oxy-nitriding at 600 ℃ for 2 h. The morphology, structure, microhardness and corrosion resistance in 5% neutral salt spray of the penetrated layer were studied. The results show that the depth of penetrated layer is 0.06 mm and there is an uniform bright white layer on the surface of the penetrated layer, whose depth is 15 μm the main component of the penetrated layer is Fe3N and Fe2O as well as a little Cr2O4 and V2O3 on the surface, the hardness is 560 HV0.05, and the corrosion resistance greatly improves compared with raw material.
