摘要
研究了18Cr2Ni4WA钢渗碳后不同温度下的等温淬火工艺,通过对渗层和心部组织的金相分析,得到了不同的组织对工件性能的影响,并把研究结果应用于生产中,取得了良好的效果。
The austerpering process at different temperature after carburizing of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel was studied. The effects of microstructure on property were obtained through analysis on microstructure in carburizing layer and center. The experiment results were applied in production and obtained a good effect.
