矢状面成角植钉相邻节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折

摘要 目的观察矢状面成角植钉相邻节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效。方法将49例符合条件的胸腰椎骨折患者矢状面成角植钉相邻节段固定治疗。结果所有患者术后均获得随访,平均随访17.9个月,均获得坚强骨性植骨融合,无内固定失败现象发生。结论"伤椎矢状成角植钉相邻段内固定术"减少了一个固定融合的节段,使脊柱内固定技术向前迈进了空前的一步。 Objective Observing the curative effect of planting the nail intersection in neighboring segment on sagittal plane to fix and treat thoracico-lumbar vertebral fracture. Methods 49 cases of conforming to the condition,thoraeico-lumbar vertebral fracture patient, planting the nail intersection in neighboring segment on sagittal plane to fix and treat thoracico-umbar vertebral fracture. Results All patients were followed up for average 17.9 months. All patients obtained the strong osseous bone fusion. It did not have the fixed defeat phenomenon. Conclusion Pexia of planting the nail intersection in single segment on sagittal plane of the wound vertebral bone,reduces one fixed fusion segment,it makes a great stride in technology of fixation of spinal column.
