阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状的药物治疗 被引量：3

摘要 当Alzheimer医师于1907年报道首例阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）时就注意到患者除记忆、语言和学习困难等认知功能损害之外,还表现出明显的幻觉、妄想、吵闹、激越或攻击等精神症状，精神症状是AD以及其他痴呆类型常见的临床表现，曾使用非认知症状（noncognitive symptoms）、痴呆的神经精神症状（neuropsychiatric symptoms in dementia，NP）等命名.
