摘要
通过试验，研究了将４Ｃｒ２ＭｏＶＮｉ钢用于车轴热锻模具。生产试验表明，其抗热疲劳性、热强性均优于５ＣｒＮｉＭｏ钢，模具寿命提高一倍以上。
Abstract 4Cr2MoVNi steel hot work die used on hydraulic press for forging wagon axletrees has been investigated in this paper. From practice test it has been shown that the thermal fatigue resistantibility, strength, plasticity as well as toughness of the 4Cr2MoVNi steel at high temperature are superior to that of the 5CrNiMo steel. The service life of the hot forging die has been prolonged more than onefold.
