摘要
以益阳市大桃南路、秀峰中路两厢商住用地地价调整为例,探讨了城市道路两厢地价随开发进度进行合理调整的基本思路及调整修正方法。试用结果表明,该办法效果良好。
Taking the adjustment of commercial land price on both sides of Datao south road and Xiufeng middle road in Yiyang city for example, the basic thought of making reasonable adjustment of land price on both sides of the city road with development progress and the adjustment method were discussed. The application result shows that this method is effective.
