The Cultural Pivot of Higher Vocational Education:Interactive and Converged Culture Between Universities and Enterprises

"校企合作、工学结合"的高职办学模式使得传统的大学价值定位和校园文化已经不能适应高职教育发展和人才培养的要求,必须实现校园文化与企业文化的良性互动和融合。这一过程要重点把握好主体性与适应性、学习性与选择性、过程性和目标性等问题,从而为高职教育的创新发展提供文化支点。

The traditional value orientation and campus culture can not adapt to the vocational development and personnel training requirements under the model of higher vocational education--school-enterprise cooperation, combination between working and study. It is necessary to make the campus culture and enterprise culture to be interactive and converged well. In the process, it needs to grasp the subjectivity and adaptability, learning features and selectivity, process and targets and so on, so as to provide cultural pivot for innovation and development of higher vocational edueation.
