摘要
把课堂作为共同体的理解是人们对传统的以班级授课制为基础的课堂教学模式进行批判的过程中逐渐形成的一种新理念。课堂作为一个担负着特殊社会功能和文化使命的组织,是一个由教师和学生组成的学习共同体,其具有渗透与交融、和谐与共生及自为与自觉三个主要特性。以对话协商为载体,以学生发展本位为前提的课堂文化培育是建构课堂学习共同体的重要途径。
The class learning community is a new concept in modem education development, which has grown up when the traditional classroom teaching pattern based on class was criticized. As an organization entrusted special social function and cultural mission, classroom is a learning community composed of teacher and students which has the characteristics of infiltration and blending, harmony and symbiosis. The students' development - egoed cultivation of class culture is one important approach to construct class learning community.
