总结了上海软土盾构法隧道建设中的经验和教训，针对设计和施工中存在的地面沉降、衬砌防水、蛇行及盾构进出工作井的地基处理等技术难题，进行了多方面的现场监测。

The experience and the lesson of shield tunneling in Shanghai sof soil are summed up. In view of the technical problems in the design and eonstruction, such as ground setdement, lining waerproofing, snake motion and soil treamient when the shields pass the trell, the in-site measurements are made in many ways, and they are compared with the thooretical calculation values.
