汽车齿轮硬化层深的设计

Design of Hardened layer depth of Automobile gearwheel

目前我国有关齿轮硬化层深设计标准还是空白，随着轻型汽车齿轮朝着小模数化方向发展，原有的齿轮硬化层深选择模式显得粗糙而不适用。本文结合工厂新型变速器开发的课题，通过参考美国齿轮设计标准，结合自己的实践经验，探讨汽车齿轮硬化层深的设计方法。通过台架和路试证明这种方法是可行的。

The standard of hardened layer depth of gearwheel is blank yet nowadays in our country. With the development of light automobile gear tawards small modulus,the original method for choosing the hadened layer depth become unadaptable. Combining With the project to develop new type of speed transmission and referring the standard of gearwheel desigh in U. S. A,this paper developed a method for designing the hardened layer depth in automobiles,which has been proved by experiments.
