摘要
采用刚粘塑性有限元法模拟了车辆等速万向节球形壳温缩口成形过程,得到并分析了锻件终锻成形后的几何形状、应变场分布规律。有限元数值分析为模具设计和实验压机的选型起到了指导作用。
オn this paper, warm necking deformation of vehicle constantvelocityjoint outerrace is simulated by rigidviscous FEM method. Through the simulation, figure, strain distribution of the finishforge piece and powerstroke relation curve have been obtained, and influence of friction, and strain distribution have been analyzed. Simulation shows that power of 1 500 kN can meet the need of necking forming. Both stamp design and press selection can be guided by this FEM numerical analysis.
