对汽车方向盘的质量进行分析，提出对方向盘毂采用挤压工艺代替机械加工，并设计了挤压模具，取得良好效果。

Abstract By analysing the quality to steering wheel,point out adopting extrusing technology to instead of machining to produce steering wheel hub. And also extrusing dies are designed.
