慢性肺心病血小板活性与血气分析的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨慢性肺心病急性加重期患者血小板活化指标PAC-1、CD62p和PaO2、PaCO2的关系。方法用三色全血流式细胞术测定50例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者及50例缓解期患者外周血中血小板PAC-1、CD62p的表达水平并与40例健康对照者比较,并测PaO2及PaCO2。结果慢性肺心病急性加重期组PAC-1、CD62p的表达均明显高于缓解期组及正常对照组(均P<0.001),并与动脉血氧分压呈负相关、与动脉血二氧化碳分压呈正相关。结论慢性肺心病急性加重期患者血小板明显活化,其活化程度与缺氧和二氧化碳潴留关系密切。 Objective To investigate the relationship among PAC-1 CD62p in platelet activation mark- er,PaO2 and PaCO2 in patients with cor pulmonary exacerbation. Methods Subjects were divided into three groups (50 patients with cor pulmonary exacerbation,50 patients with cor pulmonary remission stage and 40 nor- mal controls). Positive rates of PAC-1 and CD62p were measured with tricolor flow cytometry. This experiment also detected the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and the carbon dioxide partial pressure in patients with chro- nic cot pulmonary in patients. Results Compared with cor pulmonary remission stage group and normal control group, the expressions of both PAC-1 and CD62p increased in patients with chronic cor pulmonary exacerbation ( all P 〈 0. 001 ). There is a negative correlation between the PAC-1, CD62p and PaO2 in patients with chronic cor pulmonary exacerbation and there is a positive correlation between the PAC-1, CD62p and PaCO2. Conclu- sions The platelet in patients with chronic cor pulmonary exacerbation is at the overactivated state. There is a relation between platelet activation, PaO2 and PaCO2 in patients with chronic cor pulmonary exacerbation.
