甘精胰岛素与糖尿病患者遵医行为和糖尿病控制情况的临床研究

A study on effect of glargin in perceived Compliance and quality in evaluating diabetes control for diabetes patients

目的探讨甘精胰岛素对糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响。方法选择本院60例门诊糖尿病患者分为两组,观察组给予甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗,对照组给予常规胰岛素治疗,比较两组患者遵医行为和糖尿病控制情况。结果观察组的遵医用药、和糖尿病控制情况都优于对照组。结论甘精胰岛素联合口服药物治疗是患者易于接受的治疗方案,它帮助患者提高遵医行为的自觉性,改善了患者的糖尿病控制情况。

Objective To explore the effect of glargin applied in perceived compliance for diabetes pa- tients. Methods 60 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups. The experimental group received glar- gin service. Then, the patients＇ compliance and quality in evaluating diabetes control was compared between two groups. Results The patients＇ compliance with medication and coal for treatment in experimental group were better than that control group. Conclusion Glargin is a convenient means of treatment perscription, which can meet the patients＇ health needs, improve patients＇ compliance and the quality of patients in evaluating diabetes control.
