自体脂肪颗粒移植在面部凹陷充填中的临床应用

Application of self-fat granule injected transplant in facial deformity

目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射移植修复面部凹陷的效果。方法利用注射针头,离断真皮与其下方的纤维粘连,然后用自体脂肪颗粒注射充填凹陷部位。结果本组共62例,修复面积最大的8 cm×6 cm,最小的1.5 cm×0.5 cm。随访3个月～1年,效果满意或基本满意。结论自体脂肪颗粒注射移植修复面部凹陷,具有操作简单、快捷、安全、无排异、不留瘢痕、术后恢复快等优点,患者易于接受。

Objective To explore the effect of repairing facial deformety with self-fat granule injected transplant. Methods To get better treatment effects we removed the fibrous eonglutination below the dermis with a needle, and then filled it with self-fat granule. Results A total of patients were treated. The maximum re- paired area was about 8 cm x6 cm,and the minimum was about 1.5 cm xO. 5 cm. Post operative follow up in 62 patients from 3 to 12 months showed that almost all the patients satisfied with the result. Conclusions This op- eration is easy to perform, cheap and safe without rejection and scar formation. Patients recover within a shorter time after operation and are easy to accept this approach.
