湿疹乳膏的研制及疗效评价

The development and the therapeutic evaluation of eczema cream

目的研制湿疹乳膏,用于治疗皮炎、湿疹等皮肤病。方法确定该制剂的制备工艺,质量标准及评价临床疗效。结果该制剂质量稳定,临床总有效率87.5%。结论本制剂工艺简单,临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To develop eczema cream to treat skin diseases such as dermatitis and eczema. Methods The producing technology of this preparation, quality standard and the clinical evaluation of the ther- apeutic efficiency were to be determined in practice. Results The preparation had a stable quality and the total effect rate of 87.5% has been proved in clinical practice. Conclusions This simple equipped preparation has been proved clinically efficiency and is worth promoting.
