护士行为干预对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者生理和生活质量的影响

Effect of Behavioral Therapy by Nurse on Physiology and Quality of Life in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的探讨护士行为干预对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者生理和生活质量的影响。方法将120例OSAHS患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。两组均接受一般行为指导,观察组在此基础上接受为期6个月的行为干预。分别在干预前和干预后对两组患者的生理和生活质量指标进行测评。结果观察组干预后体重指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01(t=5.365),但颈围和腰围两组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05(t=1.669,1.334)。观察组干预后的社会交往、情感功能和症状等维度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.01(t=8.656,8.468,6.200),但日常活动维度两组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05(t=1.930)。结论护士行为干预有助于改善OSAHS患者的生理指标,提高其生活质量。

Objective To examine the effect of behavioral therapy by nurse on physiology and quality of life in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods A total of 120 OSAHS cases were randomly divided into the observation and control group comprising 60 cases each. Both the two groups received the ordinary behavioral therapy,while in addition the observation group received a 6-month be- havioral therapy by nurses. The indices of the physiology and quality of life were assessed pre-and-intervention between both two groups. Results After intervention, the body mass index was markedly lower in the observa- tion group than in the control group, P 〈 0. 01 （t = 5. 365 ）, while no significant differeces were noted in neck and waist eircumferenee,P 〉 0. 05 （t = 1. 669, and 1. 334 respectively）. The scores of the social communication, e- motional function and symptom were considerably higher in the observation group than in the control group,with significant differences between them, P 〈 0. 01 （ t = 8. 656,8. 468, and 6. 200 respectively）, while no significant difference was noted in daily activity between two groups, P 〉 0. 05 （ t = 1. 930）. Conclusions The behavioral therapy by nurse can aid in improving the physiologieal indiees and raise the quality of life in OSAHS patients.
