降钙素基因相关肽、一氧化氮对糖尿病肾病的意义

摘要 目的探讨在2型糖尿病(DM)大鼠早期肾损害过程中血浆中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化规律,为早期防治糖尿病肾病(DN)提供理论依据。方法采用链脲菌素(STZ)造成大鼠糖耐量异常,然后喂以高糖-高脂肪饲料10周,造成2型糖尿病模型,分别测成型前4周、2周、成型时、成型后2周、4周血浆中CGRP、NO含量的变化。结果成型前4周血浆CGRP、NO无明显改变,而成型前2周、成型时、成型后2周、4周血浆中CGRP进行性下降,同时血浆中NO含量明显增加。结论CGRP、NO相互作用共同参与DM肾损害的发生、发展。动态观察CGRP、NO的变化,对于早期发现DN及分析病情有重要意义。 Objective To study the changes of levels of CGRP and NO in serum of early kidney dam- age in rats with Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). We provided theoretic basis for preventing early diabetic kidnetic destroy. Methods Rates were gived STZ and developed impained glucose tolerance, then were fed with high fat and high glucose. After ten weeks, NIDDM models were formed. The levels of CGRP and ET were assayed when the DM models of rats were formed and before and after it at the 2nd and the 4 th weeks respectively. Results The concentration of CGRP and NO did not obviously alter in serum at the 4th week be- fore, the models were formed, while these indicators increasingly declined at the 2nd week befor, when the mod- els were formed and at the 2nd and 4th weeks after models were formed;meanwhike, the leveks of NO in serum increased significantly. Conclusions The interactions of CGRP, NO involved in the happening and development of early diabetic kidnetic dedtroy. The changes of CGRP and NO in serum have important significance on early discovering and anakyzing DN.
