摘要
目的探讨高龄肺癌患者全肺切除术后心律失常的护理方法。方法总结对80例高龄肺癌全肺切除患者的护理体会。结果通过对本组患者进行心理指导、严密检测病情、做好基础护理和呼吸道管理等综合护理措施,患者术后心律失常均经相应治疗后基本缓解,康复出院。结论高龄肺癌患者全肺切除术后给予积极护理可以有效减轻和减少术后心律失常的发生。
Objective To explore the nursing ways of elderly patients with arrhythmia after pneumo- nectomy in lung cancer. Methods To summarize of the nursing experience of 80 case of elderly patients with arrhythmia after pneumonectomy in lung cancer. Results The patients with arrhythmia after pneumonectomy were recoveried and discharged by psychological guidance, closely detect condition, good basic respiratory care, respiratory management and others general care measures. Conclusion Active care can effectively mitigate and minimize the occurrence of arrhythmia after pneumonectomy in lung cancer patients.
