50例喉源性咳嗽患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases Laryngeal Cough Patients

目的分析喉源性咳嗽患者的临床表现、分型及治疗效果。方法对我院耳鼻喉科2006年3月至2007年3月收治的50例喉源性咳嗽患者经多功能纤维鼻咽喉镜观察,并在基础治疗上采用局部治疗以超声雾化吸入治疗14d。结果多数患者同时伴有鼻部、鼻咽部的疾病。其中慢性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎诊断者14例;急性鼻炎、急性鼻窦炎诊断者17例;变应性鼻炎诊断者9例;符合干燥性鼻炎、萎缩性鼻炎诊断者3例;符合鼻腔占位病变诊断者2例;无鼻腔病理改变者5例。经治疗后,治愈19例,好转27例,无效4例,总有效率92%,且无不良反应发生。结论喉源性咳嗽行鼻咽镜检查是有效的检查手段,超声雾化吸入治疗值得推广。

Objective To analyze laryngeal cough patients with clinical manifestations, classification and treatment. Methods From March 2008 to March 2009 50 cases of laryngeal cough patients with nasopharyngeal laryngoscope by the multi--fiber observation and treatment in the basic use of topical treatment with ultrasonic aerosol inhalation treatment 14d. Results The majority of patients with nasal, nasopharyngeal diseases. Chronic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis diagnosis in 14 cnses; acute rhinitis, acute sinusitis and 17 cases were diagnosed; allergic rhinitis diagnosed nine cases of persens; in line with the dry rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis diagnosed three caaesl in line with space--occupying lesions of the nasal cavity 2 cases were diagnosedl no pathological changes in the nasal cavity in 5 cases. After the treatment, 19 eases of cure, improvement in 27 cases, 4 cases of invalid, and the total efficiency of 92%, and no adverse events. Conclusion Laryngeal Cough nasopharyngoscopy line inspection is an effective means of ultrasonic aerosol inhalation treatment are worth promoting.
