摘要
目的评价急性牙髓炎一次性根管充填法治疗的疗效。方法将114例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用开髓法,对照组采用一次法根管法。结果经过治疗,治疗组的总有效率为98.61%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在选择适合的适应证、实施严格的无菌操作与无痛技术的前提下,用一次法根管治疗急性牙髓炎,可以大大减少就诊次数,减轻患者的负担和医生的工作量,完全可以取代常规的根管治疗。
Objective Evaluation one-time root canal treatment acute pulpitis effect.Methods 114 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, The control group used open the way pulp, the control group used a method of one--time root canal.
