医护人员对癌症病情告知策略评价及选择的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors Related to Truth-telling Strategy Chosen by Medical Staff for Cancer Patients

目的了解医护人员对癌症病情告知策略评价及选择的影响因素,为科学进行癌症告知提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对634名医护人员进行调查。结果住院经历、家庭月收入、丧礼经历、文化程度、危重患者接触史、处置死亡患者经历是影响医护人员对癌症病情告知策略赞同度的主要因素;危重患者接触史、处置死亡患者经历、重病经历、职称和工作科室是影响医护人员对癌症病情告知人员、时间、内容选择的主要因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论医护人员需要努力克服在癌症告知认识上的误区,加强同行交流与学习,不断地从自身临床实践和人生经历中学习和积累告知策略。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors related to truth-telling strategy chosen by medical staff for cancer patients, and to provide theoretical basis for agreeable disclosure of cancer diagnosis to the patients. Methods A total of 634 medical staff were investigated with a self-designed questionnaires. Results Self-experiences of hospitalization, monthly income, experience of funeral rite, levels of education, history of contact with severely-ill patients, experience of dealing with deaths were significant factors affecting medical staff＇s approval of truth-telling strategy. Experiences of contacting with severely-ill patients, dealing with deaths, and being severely-ill, professional titles, and working units were significant factors affecting medical staff＇s choice of the strategies of truth-telling for the cancer patients （P〈0.05, P〈C0.01）. Conclusion The medical staff needs to overcome the misleading understanding toward the truth-telling of cancer, enhancing the communication and study among the peers. And meanwhile unceasingly study and accumulate from the self clinical practices and the life experiences are needed.
