DSDM在电子商务系统开发中的应用与改进

This paper summarizes the reference model of DSDM as in cross-sectional agile modeling method,highlights particularly its features-＇time box＇,coufiguration management,ere. Then it discusses the adoption of DSDM in the context of E-business development,pays attention to issues concerning risk managemnt,requirements management and process management,and analyses the weak points of DSDM.Accordiugly,It presents ameliorations in these three aspects,which are：firstly,a cooperative team to reduce risk, secondly,requirements rating to optimize cast and efficiency,thirdly,consummating process management by emphasizing an overall time estimating,and lastly,an adequate documents management
