摘要
全面分析北方寒冷地区乡村住宅的现状,综合考虑寒冷地区农村经济、技术、生产力发展水平、生态环境等各种因素,从节约能源提高舒适度的角度出发,研究可操作性强的北方寒冷地区住宅改造措施,从而使寒地乡村住宅具有可持续发展的能力以及舒适、经济、节能、环保的特质。
Analyzing the actuality of rural housings in the cold regions of China and considering all the factors including local economy, technology, productivity and eco-environment, etc, and from energy-saving and comfort point of view, it was presented that highly workable reform mesaures of rural housings in order to make northern rural housings be comfortable, healthy, energy efficient and environmental friendly.
