摘要
结合具体工程,针对304.874m高空处的高支模施工难点,采取了在下一层剪力墙上预埋钢板、焊接工字钢梁、搭设模板支撑等方法,从施工流程、施工要点以及安全措施等方面对超高层建筑结构水平楼板的全封闭施工进行了探讨。工程实践表明,高模板的施工安全,可供其他类似工程的施工参考。
In order to solve the difficulties of the high-formwork at the 304.874 meters high level, various measures such as preembedded steel plate on the next floor shear wall, welded I-steel beams and installed formwork supports were adopted, and the construction technology of the high-formwork closed horizontal floor in the super tall building structures was explored from the construction process, construction key points, and safety measures. It is shown from the practical application that the installing method of high butt formwork is safety, which can provide the reference for the other similar projects.
