介绍了一种利用光电设备检测PET瓶坯口密封面的方法。通过检测物体的灰度值,引入灰度梯度的方法确定检测物体的边界,并在确定边界的范围内利用灰度值的比较对瓶坯口密封面缺陷进行检测。
A method of inspecting the sealing surfaces of PET bottle base mouths with electro-optical devices is described.Through obtaining the gray values of base mouths, determining their borders by the gray value gradient method and comparing the gray values within the borders determined, the defects of the sealing surfaces are detected.
