Produsing Causes and Removing Methods of Caves on the All Plastic Thermal Insulating Plate by Wet-Wet Method

用湿-湿法制造的全塑保温厢板对提高厢板的牢固程度和刚度，增强冷藏保温车车厢的保温性能有十分重要的意义，但厢板表面沿立筋处易产生凹痕缺陷，影响车厢外观质量。文章分析了此种缺陷产生的原因，从选择原材料、制板工艺和操作规程三方面提出了消除凹痕缺陷的方法。

The all plastic and thermal insulating plate made by wet-wet method is very important for improving the plate's firm degree and stiffness and increasing the insulation nature of refrigerated van, but the cave default on the surface of plate around web will effect the surface quality of body. This paper analyzes the result of default and take the methods of the cave default removing from respects of material selecting,technology of plate making and operating duty.
