太湖流域中小型湖泊湿地保护与利用模式评价——以浙江省德清县下渚湖湿地为例 被引量:3

摘要 应用生态经济系统能值分析理论,定量分析了浙江省德清县下渚湖湿地公园建立前后生态经济系统的物流和能流,建立有关能值指标并从生态环境和经济角度评价了下渚湖湿地公园系统的可持续发展能力,研究结果表明,下渚湖湿地公园建立以后,基础能值改变是原来的1.75倍,净经济效益是原来的1.47倍.能值指标分析结果证明,建立湿地公园,增加经济投入,适度分期进行旅游开发,保护湖泊湿地生态系统,增加经济收入,保障系统反馈,能够提高系统可持续发展能力,是中小型湖泊湿地保护和利用的有效模式之一. The paper quantitatively analyzes the material and energy flows of Xiazhuhu Lake Wetland in Deqing County Zhejiang Province by the theory of energy analysis of ecological economic system, assesses the sustainability of the system from the view of environment and economy. The results show that the basic energy alteration is 1.75 times greater than that previous system, and the net economic benefits is 1.47 times greater than before after the establishing of the Xiazhuhu Lake Wetland Park. The results of energy indices analysis indicate that the establishing of wetland park, the improving of economic input, the developing of tourism appropriately, the protecting of the lake wetland's ecological system, the improving of the economic income, and the ensuring of the system feedback can improve the sustainability of the system. It is one of the efficient patterns to protect and utilize small-to-medium-sized lake wetland.
