摘要 以摩托车离合器主轴的疲劳断裂为例,讨论了裂纹的形成和扩展。阐述了碳氮共渗层表面黑色组织和心部块状铁素体对断口形貌和轴寿命的影响。 ? This paper deals with the fracture of the carbonitriding shaft of the motorcycles clutch.Initiation and expansion of the cracks have been investigated.The morphology of the fracture was affected by the black netphase in the surface developed druing carbonitriding and the ferrite blocks in the center of the shaft,which decreased the life of the shaft.The points on the carbonitriding treatment are also noted.
