摘要
目的:探讨胃部分切除术后患者的护理效果。方法:将90例胃部分切除术患者分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=30)。观察组手术前后实施护理,即术前的心理护理、抗疼痛指导,术后实施呼吸训练、饮食护理。对照组按常规护理、健康指导。结果:2组在术后止痛剂的应用、术后并发症的发生及住院时间方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:准确、及时的护理能促进胃部分切除术后患者的恢复,预防并发症的发生。
Objective：To investigate the stomach after partial hepatectomy in patients with the effect nursing. Methods：90 cases of partial laryngectomy in patients with stomach were divided into two groups, observation group （n=60） and control group （n=30）. Before and after operation to observe the implementation of group care, that is, pre-operative psychological care, disease-resistant pain in the guide, after the implementation of respiratory training, diet care. Control group usual care, health guide. Results： Two groups after the stomach after partial hepatectomy,the application of analgesics, the occurrence of postoperative complications and hospitalization time there was significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Accurate and timely to take care the stomach after partial hepatectomy to promote the recovery of patients, prevention of complications.
