目的:分析铁路企业推行食品卫生量化分级管理存在的诸多因素,期望给决策者提供参考或提示。方法:根据卫生监督过程中发现的问题和现状,进行综合性分析。结果:铁路企业推行食品卫生量化分级管理制度存在有利条件和不利因素。结论:通过加大宣传力度、先评级后改造、卫生许可把关、建立激励机制等方法,可以顺利推展该项制度。

Objective： To analyze the implementation of food hygiene management at different levels of quantitative factors in the railway enterprise, hope to provide a reference or hint to the policy-makers. Methods： A comprehensive analysis was conducted according to the problems found in health inspection and the status quo. Results： There were many favorable conditions and unfavorable factors to implement the quantify levels of food hygiene management system in the railway companies. Conclusion： The system can be successfully implemented by increasing publicity, evaluating the rank firstly and then improving the condition, strict hygienic permission examination, establishing an incentive mechanism and so on.
