简要介绍由港口吞吐量预测，港口生产作业全过程模拟，港口投资评价指标的确定，港口规划决策流程组成的港口规划决策支持系统的内容、特点、应用验证及使用中所需注意的问题。

Abstract This paper introduces briefly the planning decision and support system of river port,including throughput forecast,port operating process simulation,determination of investment appraisal indexes and process of planning decision of port as well as matters needing attention in application。
