摘要
汽车制造与装配技术专业的培养目标决定了教学必须采用工学结合的人才培养模式,其具体实施路径为,基于现代职教理念,校企共建"汽车工厂"教学平台,在此平台上构建"141"教学模式,设置综合教学项目,采用角色扮演增强学生的社会能力,对学生成绩进行评价,为学生提供职业资格证书,促进"双师型"教师队伍的成长。
The cultivation objectives of automobile manufacturing and installation specialty decide that its teaching must adopt the talent cultivation model of working and learning combination,and its concrete implementation paths are:building the teaching platform of 'automobile factory'by cooperation between school and enterprise based on modern vocational education view,and then constructing '141'teaching model on the platform,setting up comprehensive teaching projects,adopting role play method to enhance students' social abilities,evaluating students' performance,providing professional qualification certificate for students and enhancing the growth of dual-qualification teachers.
